Responsibilities: 

-Supervise day-to-day production and operation activities of Chemical Testing Lab.
-Monitor turn-around time of test lab operation of Organic or In-organic Testing team， strictly control in productivity performances.
-Ensure conformity of workplace setting， product quality and on-time performance.
-Allocate resources appropriately in accordance with operation needs and to maximum productivity.
-Provide regular reports and improvement plan to management .
--Responsible for the achievement of the Division’s performance objectives， and for formulation of the Division’s short and long range objectives in support of the Firm’s strategic plan.
-Identifies future and strategic market opportunities， and selective hiring of experienced personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications : 

-Master Degree or above in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related disciplines
-At least 3 years working experience in supervisory / managerial role with manufacturing industry preferred
-Solid experience in process improvement and work-flow design
-Strong supervisory & communication skills
-Team player with proactive， organized and independent attitude
-Good sense of productivity improvement， able to work under tight deadlines and pressure -Possess a strong leadership mentality
